Known & Loved, by Timbercreek (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy and the trust you place in us when you share your family’s photos with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

  • Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, collected during checkout via Stripe.
  • The photos and personalized text you upload to design your cards.
  • Order details (what you ordered, when, and its status).

How we use it

Solely to create, print, and ship your personalized order, process your payment, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

About your photos

Many of our customers upload photos of their children and family. We treat these with care: they are used only to produce the exact order you placed, and are only shared with the third parties below to the extent needed to print and ship that order.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — processes your payment. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
  • Supabase — securely stores your uploaded photos and order files.
  • QPMN — our print and fulfillment partner. Your design files and shipping address are shared with them solely to print and ship your order.
  • An email service, used to send you order confirmations and updates.

How long we keep it

We retain your order information and photos for as long as needed to fulfill your order and for reasonable business record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time once your order has shipped — see contact info below.

Your rights

You can contact us anytime to ask what information we have about you, or to request that we delete it (subject to needing to keep basic order records for accounting purposes).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
