These terms govern your use of the Known & Loved, by Timbercreek website and design tool, and your purchase of any product through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Known & Loved is a small product line from Timbercreek, based in Nebraska, offering custom photo matching-card games and related personalized gifts.
All prices are shown in full before you pay, and payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you upload, and for reviewing your design (spelling, cropping, and personalization) before confirming your order — this is why we ask you to check that box before checkout. We reserve the right to decline to print any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes someone else’s rights.

The Known & Loved name, branding, website, and design tool are owned by Timbercreek. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose the tool itself.
Our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or sentimental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
